I started this company 15 years ago, because I wanted to make a change. I wanted to help people, to share my light heart and values, to show it can be different, personal, honest, real, and with so much love. words can’t describe what this means to me. I wanted to share a few important and recent updates.

Due to personal family matters I had to take some personal off time . My father passed away recently, and shortly after, my mother was hospitalized and began treatment for cancer. During that time, I had to step back briefly in order to be fully present for my family and support my mother through her healing process.

I’m grateful to share that she is now doing much better, and we’ve come through this period in a positive place.

It was a personally challenging time, but one that reinforced the importance of family and perspective of life , and how grateful i am for this journey together alongside with you.

It is important for me to share this because during the period I was away, some things may not have felt as consistent or familiar as they normally do. I hope this helps explain you some things.

I sincerely apologize if, at any point, things felt different than usual or not at the level you were accustomed to. This was never due to a lack of care.

This time also allowed me to step back and reflect, and it became clear that a few adjustments were needed to stay aligned with the standards and values of Signature.

Some of these changes had been due for a while, and I wanted to move forward with clarity and care.

As part of that process, I made the decision to part ways with Gidi, who had been working for Signature as a gate technician. Over time, it became clear that this working arrangement was no longer the right fit and did not fully align with the standards and direction of Signature.

I felt that for him it was individual not for the greater good .

As of 9 months ago , he is no longer affiliated with Signature Garage Doors & Gates and is not authorized to represent or contact customers on our behalf. I’m sharing this simply to avoid any confusion and to make sure communication remains clear and consistent.

Unfortunately, we have also learned that after his dismissal, he continued reaching out to customers without clearly stating that he is no longer associated with Signature. Based on my experience and genuine concern for our customers, I strongly recommend not cooperating with him in any capacity regardless of the connection made with him .
